The United States will end

Something few Americans – especially those that are elected – want to think about is the end of the United States.  And end it will, otherwise it would go on for eternity.  Imagine what the 10,000 Election will be like. 

I guess the real concern is how it will end.  Will it be through war – foreign or civil – or will it be a peaceful change, perhaps to a new constitution setting up a new government fixing some of the problems of our current one.  It’s something we’ve done before, so there’s no reason we can’t do it again.  Or will our technology and society evolve to the point where governments are no longer needed?
